We use natural cotton yarns, in preference to synthetic yarns, and only use genuine Lycra-Soft* LATEX FREE elastic yarns which provide the elasticity in our bandages.
If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality or value of our products they may be returned to us for a full refund. (The original purchase price plus postage/freight will be refunded)
Conditions of returning goods: (a) At least 80% of the Goods must be returned (e.g. 8 metres of unused bandage out of an original roll of 10 metres)
(b) The cost of return postage/freight is not refundable. The goods must be returned by registered post, or by a trackable courier consignment.
